Karl Bascos
Karl Bascos has been a San Diego resident for 30 years and works in the heart of San Diego in Mira Mesa. RC Realty of San Diego is located in the Mira Mesa Mall.
Karl graduated from SDSU in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree, emphasis in Finance. He pays great attention to small details and is used to working with a lot of numbers. Karl is always hard working and will take the time to make business relationships work out correctly and in a timely manner.

Nickie Bascos
Nickie has been residing in San Diego County since 1980. He joined the Red Carpet Realty Mira Mesa Office in 1986. Recently, Nickie receives numerous awards for being the most productive agent in his office.
Nickie retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Engineer in 1985 and currently spends all his time on his Real Estate Career. He is also proficient in speaking Tagalog.

About RC Realty of San Diego - The office is currently owned and managed by Scott Chambless. This same office has been around since 1975! His Father, Dave Chambless started the company and handed the company over to his son Scott in 2003.
