Karl Bascos
Karl Bascos has been a San Diego resident for 15 years and recently joined the McMillin Realty Rancho Penasquitos Office.
Karl graduated from SDSU in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree, emphasis in Finance. He pays great attention to small details and is used to working with a lot of numbers. Karl is always hard working and will take the time to make business relationships work out correctly and in a timely manner.

Nickie Bascos
Nickie has been residing in San Diego County since 1980. He joined the Red Carpet Realty Mira Mesa Office in 1986. Recently, Nickie received an award for the most productive agent in his office for the 1st quarter of 2005.
Nickie retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Engineer in 1985 and currently spends all his time on his Real Estate Career. He is also proficient in speaking Tagalog.

About Red Carpet Realty - The office is currently owned and managed by Scott Chambless. His Father, Dave Chambless started the company and handed the company over to his son Scott in 2003.
