NTC Promenade:

Developed by the NTC Foundation, NTC Promenade will showcase culture, arts, and science on 28 acres of the former base. NTC Promenade will be the cultural destination for innovative museums, galleries, performing and visual arts, festivals and events.

The historic shopping and retail area at Liberty Station will include a congenial enclave of restaurants, shops, educational and convenience services serving the Point Loma community. NTC Park:

NTC Park, a 46-acre waterfront park located in the heart of Liberty Station, includes two ball fields, two large picnic areas, four half-court basketball courts, a sports plaza, two tot lots, an historical area at Preble Field, a natural habitat zone, a multipurpose field and a 1.8 mile esplanade for bicycling and walking.

NTC Park and Open Space (125 acres) - Includes 46-acre waterfront park, executive golf course, boat channel and athletic club.
NTC Promenade (28 acres) - 26 historic buildings for arts, cultural and civic uses.
Retail and Commercial District (57 acres) - Over 26 historic buildings for a wide range of retail, fine dining, educational and office uses.
Office District (22 acres) - 7 Class A office buildings 380,000 square feet.
Educational District (22 acres) - Public and private educational facilities.
Hotel District (37 acres) - 1,000 hotel rooms on the waterfront.
Residential District (37 acres) - 350 single-family and multi-family homes.
