- Permit your home to be shown to prospective buyers.
- Consider offers and negotiate a sales contract.
- Have necessary inspections made.
- Stand by while your buyer applies and is approved for financing.
- Go to settlement (also "closing" or "escrow" - term varies by area).
- Move out of old home and into new one.
