As you know, we can lend on unpermitted rooms, but now we CAN use the non permitted area in the value!!

What we are looking for....

Square footage of addition CAN be included in the value.
Hazard Policy MUST cover the additional square footage.
Completed in a workmanship like manner and conforms with rest of subject property.
No health and safety issues noted.
Appraisal review or new appraisal (may be required).
Conforms well to the subject neighborhood.
